Description
​Reporting to the General Manager you will act as the first point of contact between the company and our clients. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and it is imperative that you can be flexible in your approach to the role, fully committed and able to manage highly confidential and fast changing information. You will be a consummate professional and able to anticipate the Clients’ needs and be a strong problem solver, taking decisions to maximise their time and efficiencies. You will also act as a gate keeper to field calls and emails and where possible, resolve any queries at the initial stage. You will work in a flat hierarchy with supportive team members and have the opportunity to grow and learn multiple new skills.
Responsibilities ​

Proficient level in English writing and speaking as you will be dealing mainly with international clients. Must be able to respond professionally. Business English is a plus.

Liaise between the company and the clients. You will be point of contact and responsible for direct communication with the clients.

Support in writing and manage Company’s contracts. Check if scope of work in a contract is done and communicate with operation department to facilitate the accomplishment of the tasks.

Fast response to emails and messages.

Work well under pressure.

Will work directly with the general manager. The Candidate must be proactive to find solutions independently, but should also be a strong team player.

Must be self-motivated.

Must be available to solve client emergencies out of working hours.

General Administrative tasks.
Qualifications

Saudi national female wanted.

Graduated with high GPA score in English or Business Administration or Law faculty or similar.

Problem solving and flexible in multiple tasks (initiate solutions).

Open to work in international mixed environment.
